Downloaded Converter but won't install

I downloaded Converter, but when I try to install it, I get a message saying Windows cannot open this file, it needs to know what program created it. I thought I was downloading an application .exe file, but aparently it isn't. So, how do I install it?

Your download is corrupted. Try downloading again or with a different browser or using a download manager.
