Location of Mp3Enc31.exe?

Have just installed the dMC-Mp3-Fraunhofer-Encoder-CLI.exe and when I convert using this codec it asks for the location, giving C:\Mp3Enc31.exe as default (which if you click OK won't work). A search of C:\ reveals it can't be found either. Shouldn't this have installed also?

I thought I had this run OK last time I had dBpoweramp installed. I'd like to install it (the option is there) to make my own comparisons. Can someone point me in the right direction.

Requires Mp3Enc.exe to be installed - this encoder is created by the creators of Mp3 - Fraunhofer, it is no longer sold.

Unless you purchase the Fraunhofer encoder while it was being sold, your out of luck. Sorry.

Don't know, I just know that no programs use it now.
