WMA "2Pass" Option disappear...

Today my mp3 license expired.
I don't care for mp3, since I just use WMA 128k VBR 2Pass for my flash mp3 player.
But...
Today the option "2pass" of WMA Codecs 9.1 is grayed. Thare is no way to activate it...
Is WMA subject to a license like mp3? There is any way to have back this option? Any suggestions?

No license as such, but it's part of the PowerPack which has expired (and with it, the mp3 license).
