DBPA Converter Doesn't Work Win2K

I'm using Win2k and can't use the software unless I'm in the administrator profile. What can I do to get it to work in other profiles? Is there a tweak or setting that needs to be configured?

CD Ripping? you might try the 'Audio CD Configuration' and change communication to 'NT/2000 Built-in (limited)'
