No. Lossy cannot go back to lossless. Sorry mate.

Why did you replace it? :D

As far as a conversion goes, sure you can convert it to a file with the specs mp3 128kbps 2-channel stereo. All you'll be getting is your lower quality mono which was at 32kbps in glorious stereo - bigger file, but not better at all :D
