    Re: Program wont open

The dues you've paid would be for dMC with PowerPack (thus the mp3 encoding license) and/or dCW and/or Sveta. The player dAP itself is free.

Make sure you are signed into your PC as the admin user.

Do an uninstall of dBpowerAMP from Window's control panel > Add/remove progams. Redownload dAP and reinstall it to the default folder where you ahve the other dB components. This should be c:\Program Files\Illustrate\.

    Reboot.

Run dMC Configuration as well before and after to see just what you have installed.

Also, follow the complete uninstallation of all Illustrate products as mentioned here if the above doesn't work: http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=6828

If Christina's suggestion doesn't work (and her suggestion is what I would try first), then I would recommend you follow the advice from Razgo regarding a "complete" uninstaal described here: http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=6828

        Best wishes,
