Setting priority -- effect on quality?

I'm more than willing to trade away speed to get better quality. I have it set on "Below Normal" right now.

No effect on quality, only in how fast (or if at all) the conversion proceeds.

Setting conversion priority to Below Normal or Normal actually gets the converter to work faster, especially if you also have other applications open.
