Convert m4a->mp3, keep embedded album art?

I am converting m4a (Apple Lossless) files to mp3, and I have the 'Preserve ID Tag' option set. However, it is not carrying over the embedded album art, or the totaltracks tag.
Is this a limitation of the software, or is there some setting I can change to correct this?

Album art and all not standard tag fields are not supported.
