When ripping to ogg...

I'de like to have option to make the "Track Num" double length, in the TAG (not only in the filename).

Also it'll be nice if it'll have Hebrew support.
I don't know why, but in the tag of the ogg file hebrew chars arn't added...

I don't think this is an option in the tag, it is just stored as a number.
