Hello Folks,
I have a question regarding encoding of a music file (mp3,wma) to compressed .wav (IMA ADPCM codec). I have downloaded a file from a website. dBpowerAmp detects the file to be compressed using IMA ADPCM codec [Format: WaveFormatEx Header] at 16KHz, 8 Bit, 1 channel. However the options in the convert menu for dBpowerAmp shows the encoding frequency to be 11.025KHz, 4 Bit, 1 Channel. The next higher option is 22.050KHz, 4 Bit, 1 Channel. Some kind soul would please tell me how I can encode my files into 16KHz?
Thanks
