How to convert acd files to wav. or WMA. files

What program can I use tht will read ACD files, when I first installed Dbamp converter and the DMC thing it worked it would see them and convert them. I built a new computer with new hard drives installed Dbamp and DMC and now it won't read them. Can someone help?

What type of program do you use to create these files?
In what type of program can you play them?
