downloading dBPowerAmp

Tried to download dBPowerAmp but keep getting message -
"Error whilst running "C:\Program File\Illustrate\dBPoerAmp\Help\dMC\index.html"

This is the second time this has happened.

Also, becaise I had run out of time I could not Register my product and have had to delete the program suite.

Is it always this difficult to get HELP!!

What is the browser that you use? it looks as if it's set to some higher security levels for pages on your own computer than the security level on the internet itself. Have you just recently installed Windows XP and SP2 ?

But from the error mesasge it looks as if the path to the file is incorrect - unless you typed it in yourself and mistyped a few things. It should be:
C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpowerAMP\Help\dMC\index.html .

Also, make sure you installed dMC and not just the codecs. You need Administrator access to install dMC on Windows 2000/XP.
