    E-mail Support Please...!!!

    Have purchased twice PowerPack & Mp3 Encoder License a total of EUR 27, the second time was by mistake and I just can't contact anybody from this company by e-mail or whatever to cancel and get something els instead. Does anybody Please knows how to get intouch with them. Thank you in advence.

          Do note that if you download the program from the second purchase, you can't get a refund.

              Generally speaking, if you email on a Saturday you will not get a reply until monday, the autoresponder says just that (emails are answered in 48 hours).
