The CODEC required to decompress 'D:\Track01.cda' could not be opened.
Unable to access CD Drive 'D:\Track01.cda'

I have been using the music converter to create wave files for months and this error just started. I can't find which codec is missing on codec central.

In 2000/XP, you need to be logged in as Administrator or select the "2000/NT Built-In (Limited)" or "Built-In (Limited)" as the Communication in Audio CD Input. Click Options, and then the "Advanced" button beside the CD selection drop-down list.

I also have been using the converstion software for months with no problem until now. And I am getting this same error message for the first time. When I got to options, the drop-down box from the Advanced link is empty (solid blue). Now what?
