dMC Configuration Quits on Startup

I'm trying to use the dMC Configuration tool, but every time I launch the program, it quits giving me a program error. I have reinstalled the program a couple of times, but I can't get it to work. Other than that, the program works superbly.

I'm running a PIII, Windows 2000 Pro, 512MB RAM.

Any advice or help is appreciated.

Never heard of this one before, the configuration program doesn't do much apart from show options, so I haven't a clue what is crashing...
