Ogg Vorbis Codec Problem

I have some OGG files that I wanted to convert to MP3. I tried installing two different codecs but when I open the music converter it doesn't recognize OGG files so I can't select them to convert to MP3. What am I doing wrong?

To those viewing. I spent an 1 hour trying to figure this out. Then I realized that it was because I did not install dBpowerAMP to the default C:\ drive. I apologize for this waste of space question.
