.mix audio files?

i'm trying to get some audio out of a .mix audio file (from Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2). all the audio in this game (well most of it) is in a very large .mix file and i havnt been able to open it by any means. anyone have any suggestions?

If you can play it on your pc, then record it to another format through the sound card using dMC Auxiliary Input. Instructions in the FAQ for support.
