stuck at zero percent

I really liked how easy to use your program was, so I decided to buy it, mostly for the Sveta thing. Now that it is registered, nothing it working. I will click for it to convert into whatever format, and then the program will get stuck at zero percent. This is not even sending it to an MP3 device (I do have my compaq PA-1 set up, it that helps)

I am running Win2k. Thanks for any help

Converting From and To?

It's always from MP3, and I've tried converting it into MP3Pro, Wave, WMA or AAC, or send it straight to my MP3 player. All get stuck at zero percent

The Priority box on the converting page - is it stuck on 'Pause'?

okay, I figured it out. For some reason, if it is trying to convert on anything but normal mode, it stops. Kinda strange
