    hi there and hi to all i know this is going to sound stupid ,, but can someone please tell wht i need to download to be able to convert midi files to wav files please help a confused grandad lol maybe we could make that a world help day

    Gladly.

    Midi is not an audio file type as such, so it cannot be converted. All you can do is capture the audio as it is being played through your soundcard and record it using dMC Auxiliairy Input. Thats' one of the programs available from the instalaltion od dBpowerAMP Music Converter.

    Note that the best audio quality you can expect (when recording to standard uncompressed PCM wav, 16-bit, 44.1KHz, 2-channel stereo) will only be as good as your player's and soundcard's midi rendering capabilities .

    dMC Auxiliary Input is used to record audio to your hard drive from what is being played through your soundcard.
