Any way to rip and copy Simultaneously?

I need to rip my cd collection AND copy it. Is there a way to rip and copy at the same time?

Try the Multi-Encoder codec from the beta section here:

This would let you convert simoultaneously to a format of your choice (for your rip) and also copy to wave (to set up your cd copy). If you have dBpowerAMP CD Writer it should let you rip and set up the actual cd copy at the same time.
