problems converting

when ever I use db poweramp music converter to change .cda files from a cd to .mp3 or .wav files it fails and shows me this message
The file 'E:\Track01.cda' could not be opened.
Read Table of Contents failed - audio disc in drive?
in a big text box.
I'm new to this software so I didn't know what to do.
please will someone help me

I'm amazed Spoon, I have seen so many threads posted in which you have replied,and yet they never respond!! Whats the point in asking for support if they never bother to help with more details???

Alot of the time they figure out the problem, or some people just go off on holiday.
