converter problem
I had purchased the program weeks ago, but I still are showing that I my trial expired. I need a representative to contact me by email to help me figure out why I can't obtain my converter!! Thanks for your help.

Did you install the registered version?
Uninstall your current version and then reinstall your registered version. Does this fix it?Lt. Data
