Real Audio Files Cut During Conversion...

I am attempting to convert Real Audio files (with the .ra extension) to wav files. I am using the Real Alternative DirectShow method. The resulting wav files end a few seconds prematurely. I also tried to convert them directly to iTunes but the resulting files are also cut off early. When I listen to the originals, they are complete.

    Any advice?

Not that I know of. I don't have the Power Pack. Here is a screen-shot:

What version of dMC are you using? What are the settings for your starting settings for your .ra files? (Frequency, bitrate, channels)

Try converting to a 22050Hz mono wav, then a 22050Hz stereo WAV, then a 44100Hz Stereo WAV. Changing more than one attribute at a time normally leads to problems.

But even when I match the specs exactly, the audio is still cut off a few seconds before the end.

Can you tell at which point the duration is cut off?

Is it in the first conversion to wav?

Try to select bits As source, frequency As source and channels As source for your first conversion and see what you get.

Yes, the cut happens when converting the .ra to .wav. Unfortunately your suggestion did not fix the issue.
