I re-installed my computer.
How do re-install the SW?

Re-issue registered version of dBpowerAMP can be downloaded from this page:

(clicking the above link from your email program might not open the link, copy and paste it into the title bar).

Enter your Order reference / receipt number when asked, a download link is presented under this link is a user name and password, it is required when the download link is clicked. An 'Overview of Process' guide which shows how to download can also be found on the registration page given above.

I need to reinstall DbPowerAmp and PowerPack and I am a registered user HOWEVER I do NOT have my username or acct or order number.

How can I re-download these 2 programs?

Remember that the username and password for new registered downloads is given on the page under the window that is asking for them. You don't make it up yourself, nor is it something you have made up. It is something Spoon has made up.
