I downloaded DBpoweramp to convert my .ram-files to mp3. But I can´t even see, nor open, the files in the program. How should I do? Please help and talk slowly because I´m a beginner.

You need to isnatll the real media & DirectShow codecs from Codec Central and to have Real Alternatice installed.

Makre sure your .ram file is an actual audio file, not the meta-file:
