Doesnt accept my order code

Hi ,
im trying to redownload the standard 14 dollar one and ivew got my order code in an e-mail but when i go to the retrieval section it says the information is incorrect!

any ideas?

It takes one week for the registered download retrieval system on this website to get the new registration order codes. Did you use the link in the e-mail that contained the order code? Also, read this: http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/announce...nouncementid=8
