Somethings is wrong of dBpowerAMP .It can't convert the mp3 type from 64k to 32k please teach me how to solve this problem !!

Use "No Preset" and move the slider all the way over to the left.

Also, you need to have a PowerPack trial that is not expired to encode to mp3.
