96kBps Ogg Vorbis

How can i make OggVorbis 96kBps (or 128kBps) VBR files from 1644Wave files ?
I have only the possibility to make 32, 48, 64, 80, 112, 140 and 256kBps.

I'm not sure where your getting these bitrate numbers.
With Ogg Vorbis, q0 is 64kbps, q5 is 160kbps, q10 is about 400kbps. Mabye try q1 or q2?

Under Compression Options (once you have selected Ogg Vorbis) change the encoding to Constant Bitrate and move the slider down until you reach 96 or 128 k/bits. Ogg Vorbis works best with a variable bitrate so you could select encoding to VBR and move the slider down to Quality 2 to get around 96 k/bits (128 is Quality 4)
