Conversion problems

Whenever I try to convert a WMA file to Mp3(Lame) I get this Message:

The CODEC required to compress 'C:\Documents and Settings\Orien\Shared\Super 8 bit Brothers\Super 8 Bit Brothers - Lovesong.mp3' could not be opened.

I have installed the WMA Codec. Is there something I am missing?

    Re: Conversion problems

What version of dMC? Release 11? Latest beta?

Do you have Windows XP? If then, that means you only had to download this codec.

If you have an older version of Windows, then you had to download this codec and this codec and then restart your computer.

Also, is this a trial version of dBpowerAMP Music Converter that you're using?

What are the specs of the mp3 file you want to convert and what settings did you select for the wma you want to convert to?

I read it the other way round, so maybe the WMA file is protected?

Try dMC R11.5 beta, it is more tollerant at compressing mp3 from different frequencies, etc.
