CODEC compression error.

I had no problems at all with the trial version. I've used DB music converter for some time and always thought it did a fine job. So, after the trial time I bought the full CD Writer package with mp3 license, etc. However, now, when converting from my wave to MP3 lame, after a second or two I get the error message in the title:

CODEC compression error.

After I uninstall and reinstall, it will work again- ONCE. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the registered version three times, and after each time, it will convert one file, and then all future files get this CODEC compression error thing.

Not what I was expecting from what is otherwise been a fantastic product.

I was browsing through some of the pre-sets, and the 'alt pre-set standard' one seems to make it work.

If there is something wrong with my system, I would still like assistance. However, it seems to be working well enough. (it never had any problem at all before)
