Can't download registered dbpoweramp - told to try again next week!!!

I lost all my files due to meltdown last week. I saved my vat number and receipt number and tried to log in to get a new download of dbpoweramp.

I got to the point where it asks for user name and password, but would not accept them. I tried writing to support at their stated email but that email was returned as undeliverable. I tried again to access the download and then I was told 'this receipt number has been accessed too many times. Try again next week.' :vmad:
You've got to be kidding. I paid for this and now I can't even use (sorry, I mean 'TRY to download') the program until next week?

I need it now. I have work to do. Does anyone know how I can contact support and get the program I have paid for?

Re: Can't download registered dbpoweramp - told to try again next week!!!

Did you use the username and password given on the page? If you followed the instructions, you would see that it shows you that the user-name and password are GIVEN to you before the box asking for them shows up. See here: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/registration/
Also, there is an announcement covering this, here: http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/announce...nouncementid=8

Edit: Also, you could download the unregistered version and use the trial for 30-days if you need it desperately.
