    .ape to .wav problem

    Hello All,
I'm hoping for some help with this problem: everytime I convert my ape files back to wav they come out mixed up, the song skips a lot and some parts of the song are in the wrong place (like the middle is at the front and so on). I store my songs as ape to save space but I have to revert to wav to work in some programs that does not support ape nor flac, programs like (Audio cleaning Lab, Depopper e.t.c) is there something I am missing?
    Please help

What is the settings you use to convert to WAV, what OS are you using, what are the settings for your APE file? Have you tried the latest dMC beta?
When you listen to your APE files, do they sound alright?

First, trying the latest dMC beta probably couldn't hurt. Link below.
Second, what are the settings (frequency and channels) of your ape file?

The Beta is dMC r11.5 RC1. Your version number is in dMC Configuration (Start --> Programs --> dBpowerAMP Music Converter --> Configuration --> dMC Configuration).
