We have hooked up our turntable and cassette deck to our computer and are recording songs from albums and tapes onto the computer using a program called LP Ripper and LP Recorder from CFB software. This software lets us record several LP tracks into a single file, then the software allows us to snip it into different files for each track and eliminate hiss and live concert sounds like applause, etc.
Once we are all set with the trimmed song as a .wav file, we use our dbPowerAmp mp3 converter that we paid for and convert them to mp3's. The problem is that the mp3 converter cuts off the first 30 seconds or so of each .wav file.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening? Is there some setting in the mp3 converter that isn't set properly? Any ideas?
Thanks!!
