psy Tel encoder

I used to use the psytell encoder to make aac ringers for my phone.I just had to reinstall db and I cant find the same codec.

You can probably use the newer aac encoders from Codec Central.

But if you still want the same one, maybe this link may work: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central-aac.htm

Not sure if it is compatible with the current release of dMC though, which may explain why it's been removed from Codec Central.
