I have installed the DMC Music Converter but the popup info tips in Explorer keep on disappearing. I have checked the support pages and i am not running a Desk Flag program, and I am not viewing the pages as web pages. I have reinstalled DMC a few times and the popup tips are there for a while and then disappear. Has anyone had this problem? If so and have a solution for this i would be most grateful!
