Error message

I purchased dbpoweramp and received an email with my U no i clicked on links etc and I still haven't been able to download registered version. When i click in link or paste it into my browser i get error message no more download attempts available contact vendor. I have sent several emails and I still have not had any reply. could someone please help me contact relevant person to help me download my registered copy.. Many thanks Mo
