    Mp3 encoding error...

While I try to convert wma to mp3, i get a message saying "The CODEC required to compress "file name here" could not be opened. I don't understand why this happened because the codec should be there because it came with dbpowerAMP...How can I fix this, I really need to convert these songs...

If you did not purchase the registered version of dBpowerAMP Music Converter, then the 30-day trial period is over. You need to buy the registered version to continue using the mp3 encoder (as well as the other useful features inclduing in what is called teh PowerPAck), these are patent requirements for the mp3 encoder.

Tried reinstalling yet? Did you install to the default directories?

Try the latest dMC beta linked below and check dMC Configuration (Start --> Programs --> dBpowerAMP Music Converter --> Configuration --> dMC Configuration) to see how many days it shows are left on your trial. If you have ever installed the PowerPack before, it continues from when you did that.
