Major Error with XP

I am trying to convert mp3 clip to real audio (rm) format under window XP environment. It was working fine with window 2000 but now it comes up with error.

Details:

Selection on convertion panel : single rate, target Audiences 56kpbs, perserve ID tag.

Error Message :

Reinstall it? (the real audio codec, not Windows 2000 )

re-install it many times, same problem
