Trim help.

Hi, just purchased this nice programme, but need a little help.

I have a large batch of mp3's that I just want to trim 5 seconds off at the start and end, but I don't want to change the encoding at all, can I do this without altering the bitrates?
In fact can I just run the trim part of the programme on it's own?

The only dbpoweramp cna do it is through decoding, running DSP effect and rencoding which will result in a little audio quality lost.
