everything was working but...........

everything was good and than it began to crasch en i updated then everything to the latest versions but now nothing works,,i have install all i most and also the dll file's on the right place,,now when i'm wont to convert i have the following ::
Unable to create compression CODEC 'mp3PRO (CLI)', please check software installation.
I have payd for the powerpack so that isn't en everything installed so what is wrong now

Uninstall all dMC - reboot - reinstall.
