DVD Audio Ripping?

Is there any way to rip the audio from a DVD using any of the codecs??

However, if the DVD is a movie DVD, you can try this program: http://www.imtoo.com/dvd-audio-ripper.html . I say "normal DVD" because it does NOT work for DVD-audio discs.
