    Registration Problems

Last week I paid the $14 and registered, now it won't let me convert, saying that my trial period is expired. What do I do?

Well, did you actually download and install the registered version from the link given after you paid for it?

Similar problem, I paid $14, downloaded registered version, it installed trial version of Powerpack -- I do not need or wish to use those features. I am happy with other mp3 converters. I only want to use the dBowerAMP abilities to convert from .flac or .shn to music CDs. However, now the program won't run because the "expired trial period" for Powerpack popup prevents the software product that I purchased from working. :vmad:

Follow the uninstall instructions here: http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=6828
Make sure you delete the Illustrate Registry folder!
Then reinstall with your registered install and reinstall all of your codecs.
You are trying to burn your .flac and .shn files to CDs? Are you converting them to WAV to burn them, or using dBpowerAMP CD Writer?

I have the same problem. I purchased dBpoweramp Reference with extended download service and they said that my trial period has expired. I wish to go with the dBpoweramp Reference kit permanently but i'm having trouble registering. I keep getting a "internet explorer cannot display this page" and i can't get around it. i can't believe a simple registration is causing so many probs that i can't get to work uploading my cds! please help me. my order confirmation is #<remove>. my band name is "spanish fly". this alone costed me $31.99 so far. where do i go from here? thank you, tom.

If you purchased Reference with extended download service, download from the link in the e-mail. If you are getting an error on that page, I believe that service is from SWREG themselves and therefore is not our fault. Try following the instructions on this page: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/registration/

If that is what you are having a problem with, try turning off security software, especially the Norton Firewall, and trying again
