How to convert ape image file to mp3?

will i tried to convert an ape cd image file to mp3 it converted it successfully but the whole cd is one big track ,how can i turn this big mp3 file to tracks?

Use a program such as Audacity: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
Its free albiet a little complicated to use. This program will enable you to split your mp3 file into tracks.
