Converting .rm to mp3 not happening?
There is some codec error when i tried to convert a .rm file to mp3. any ideas why it is so, and if yes any suggestions as to what to do??

1) Can you do a Test conversion for your .rm file? You need the "codec" for test conversion from Codec Central.
2) Do you have the registered version of dMC or the unexpired trial version? Only this allows you to convert anything to mp3.
3) Did you install the Real media decoding codec? And Real Player or Real Alternative? Check Codec Central for Real Media.
4) You may need to also use the decoding DirectShow codec which requires Real Alternative. Check Codec Central for Real Media. You have to add filters for .rm and .ra extensions.
5) Is everything installed to the same folder? c:Program FilesIllustrate as proposed by the installers initially?
6) Did you install everything while signed on as administrator? Are you converting while signed on as administrator?
