New User - can't get this *#&4 thing to work

Hi! I just bought the Sveta Fully Loaded combo and most things don't seem to be working. I've installed dbpoweramp, sveta, and the drivers for my iPod. However, the dbpoweramp configuraiton window still says I need to install sveta and sveta can't "see" my iPod.

I'm hoping someone can help be before I have to ask for my money back.

This is more info for the original post. I have downloaded to my computer dMC-r11-Registered, SvetaPortableAudio-r4, SPA-SvetaiPod, and (for extra credit) SvetaPortableAudio-r5b6.

I've tried various combinations of driver/Sveta and still nothing works.

First, uninstall everything you have. Then install Sveta r4, Sveta r5b6, dMC r11, and then your iPod driver. Second, does your iPod show up in windows? Have you ran the instal routine for the iPod so that Windows has the drivers for it?
Are you in an account that has administrator privledges?

What happens when you run Sveta Add Device, and try to add it?
