unknown folder appears

An unknown folder, Metadata, appears only in the cd writer mode. It presents as a subfolder within my destination folder. However, when I open my shared destination folder from windows it does not appear. This mystery folder appears to have some songs I recognize but it also appears to contain segments of porno. All the files in this folder appear as 1KB XML Documents. How can I completely get rid of this Metadata folder?
