DB amp to Cd-R to PC?

Hello,
I am useless with computers. I need to download DB power Amp music converter from a PC at work and take it home on CD-R to my PC (which is not on the internet). I tried this and it said that my registration had expired?!? I could not convert files or use CD input. I dont mind registering or paying but is it going to work? What is the best way to do this?

You copied the installer on to CD or just the installed folder? You should be able to copy the installer onto CD and then install it just fine.

Yeah that's what I did...I downloaded it from school through that email link thingy and then I burned it to a CD and brought it home.
