Having Problems with Software

Hello guys Newbie here! I need help, I'm getting an error trying to Convert a Wave to Mp4 File. It comes out with a popup that says "MPEG-4 AAC Technology has encountered a problem and needs to close". It was working before and it gave me no problems until now. I uninstalled everything and reinstalled, but still having same problem. Please help, Thanks!

Meaning:

The source file is the file that you're converting from. Your output file is the one that you're trying to convert to.
