I've installed the program, I've installed the drivers, and I've installed my mp3 player. But when I try to run the SvetaExplorer, it tells me to install my mp3 player using the add devices thingy. Am I doing something wrong, or is it my computer's fault?

Did you add your mp3 player? Go to Sveta's "Add Device" and see if it shows your player. If not, you need to add the player.Lt. Data

What is your mp3 player? Also, the drivers for your current version should work with the new beta, though I don't know for sure.Lt. Data
