Need assistance with registration
I followed all the instructions to purchase 2 copy's of dbpowerAMP Music Converter. I received an error from illustrate that my order was not complete because of Windows XP popups. I shut the popups off and tried to re-submit my order, but now get a message that says my order was received and processed and I would be duplicating the order. I never received a registration code. How do I find out if my order was payed for via credit card and receive my 2 registration codes?

As a longtime user and enthusiast of dBPowerAmp, I sorry to have to say that there is something about the registration process that need urgently fixing. I went through similar problems myself.Comment

I would have to agree. I'm not a registered PowerPack liscence owner or whatever, but I constantly see repeated threads with titles along the lines of, "Error with Registration" or "Registration info lost" or "Problems with my Registration" and whatnot. I really don't like to see this...

When I registered dMC, it worked just fine for me. I'm in XP SP2 and I used Firefox.Lt. Data

Perhaps the service that Spoon uses gets overloaded at times. I also use Firefox and have SP2, but when I entered my username and password it repeatedy told me I had entered the wrong information. Spoon sent me another link which worked perfectly the first time.Comment
