Need assistance with registration

I followed all the instructions to purchase 2 copy's of dbpowerAMP Music Converter. I received an error from illustrate that my order was not complete because of Windows XP popups. I shut the popups off and tried to re-submit my order, but now get a message that says my order was received and processed and I would be duplicating the order. I never received a registration code. How do I find out if my order was payed for via credit card and receive my 2 registration codes?

As a longtime user and enthusiast of dBPowerAmp, I sorry to have to say that there is something about the registration process that need urgently fixing. I went through similar problems myself.

I would have to agree. I'm not a registered PowerPack liscence owner or whatever, but I constantly see repeated threads with titles along the lines of, "Error with Registration" or "Registration info lost" or "Problems with my Registration" and whatnot. I really don't like to see this...

....Oh wait, this should be in the wishlist section.

When I registered dMC, it worked just fine for me. I'm in XP SP2 and I used Firefox.

Perhaps the service that Spoon uses gets overloaded at times. I also use Firefox and have SP2, but when I entered my username and password it repeatedy told me I had entered the wrong information. Spoon sent me another link which worked perfectly the first time.

Nah, no driver's licence. My parents won't let me have that. I'm happy with your PowerPack, though.
